Questions about the brand studio.

How does the brand studio work?

Inside your Goober portal, each studio guides you step by step. Answer a few questions, review the concepts, ask for changes in plain English, then download your files.

What does it cost?

The studio uses credits. Beta packs are 100 credits for $30, 300 for $90, 1,000 for $275 and 2,500 for $500, including GST. A logo uses around 100 credits for the full process, each generated design uses 10 credits and your first three email signatures are free. Additional signatures use 10 credits each. Printing is separate.

What logo files do I get?

Your logo comes in colour, black and white versions, plus square and symbol versions for social profiles and favicons, as transparent PNG, SVG and print ready PDF files.

Can I print the designs?

Yes. Print studio artwork downloads ready for a final check with your printer, at standard sizes such as 90 × 55 mm business cards and DL, A5 and A4 flyers.

Do I need design experience?

No. The studio asks simple questions and shows you options. If you can describe what you like, you can build your brand.

Can I work with a real designer instead?

Yes. If you would rather work directly with a designer on a custom brand, send an enquiry and we will talk it through.
