Goober Marketing Pty Ltd uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries and discuss your project.

Information you share

Our website enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, website address if you provide one, and any preferred callback time you choose. If you request a quick website check, we inspect publicly available homepage information such as page topics, mobile setup and contact links.

How we use it

We save enquiries in GooberPortal, our client management system, and use them to follow up on your request. A preferred callback time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers

We use hosting and database providers, including Vercel and the Supabase infrastructure used by GooberPortal, to operate the website and manage enquiries. Processing locations depend on the services involved and may be outside Australia.

Website preferences

The site can store a lightweight-view preference and a temporary enquiry session so you can continue your submission. These support the website's operation. The quick-check service uses a short-lived hashed connection identifier to limit automated abuse.
